2009-2010..WE LOVE COLLEGE BASKETBALL. Again in 2008-09 again The Handicapper's Report Card featured the Top 4 College sports services in America..all monitored and documented by the Sports Monitor inc of Okla City, our own Handicapper's Report Card and most of you each day at this site....Since 2003 THRC year in and year has produced the top basketball results.We believe we have the top basketball handicappers in the country working for us and you everyday and the results certainly back up that statement.

If you take the past 5 seasons alone THRC has the Top 7 out of 10 overall basketball handicappers combing NCAA and NBA results. (THAT IS IMPRESSIVE!!!)

He is (70-25) going against his Nittany Lions and (57-25) going with them and is (30-7) on their totals. He is (37-11) when it is a 4-star or higher or a Late Slammer Club selection. 2. WILSON'S WINNER: (1-0)/+2.0 Top: St Mary's CA... Now***22 of last 24 Games of the Week through Dec 19, 2009. Last GOW lost on South Carolina Dec 19 2009. Now (9-2) on his GOM thru 2008-9. Conference GOY since 2006 are (34-17)..and are (3-1) on Conf Game of the Years thru 2008-09.

3. TRIOLOGY: (0-1)/-2.2 Top: APP ST. This service will provide selections from College Conference Specialist from The Big 12 and PAC 10 and ZEBRA MANIA. Nick Ferreri, nicknamed PacMan from the 80's,is now (15-3) on his last 18 GOW with most recent winner a blowout upset bu USC vs TN on Dec 19 (77-55). Big John Lattimere, now (12-4) last 16 GOW hits Kansas St upset win on Dec 19 2009 in The Big 12 action and DeLuca will cover The ZEBRA MANIA section, which will have many releases from other conferences as this team over this past winter has expanded their contacts. Several key sources who have insight with key officials will use their observations to trigger key selections throughout the season. We will call these plays ZEBRA MANIA. Bob DeLuca will head up this third and final part of The Triology team. You may recall **DeLuca was a guest on Wise Guys line 7 times over the last three seasons and was 7-0 involving Santa Clara games until his lost on March 1st 2008.


4. UNDERDOG...(1-0)/+2.0 Top: TROY. ****Now (20-4) on their last 24 GOM in dating back to 2003.....One of our most popular handicapper over the last 10 years for all sports.*** In 2005-2006 went (24-8) last 32 selections in college tournament plays. ***His Conference Games of the Year plays, since 1995, are (93-48) most recent play was a loser on Bradley on Feb 27th 2010...6 of the last 7 years has hit 65% or better on all conference Games of the Years...Now (13-1) Lifetime on "THE" GAME OF THE YEAR PLAY. In 2007-2008 UNDERDOG had two "THE GAMES OF THE YEAR": Michigan State +2.5 (65-54) vs Pitt on March 22 and North Carolina (+1.5) upsets Duke (76-68) at Duke on March 8th. In 2008-2009 he had one so far a narrow winner on Wash St +7.5 on March 7th. Despite being called UNDERDOG he is now (5-1) when releasing a rare favorite. He is also now (7-0) lifetime on his one total each year he releases. He calls it his GAME OF THE YEAR TOTAL..it will always be a tournament game. Each winner is always an over and it has covered by an average of 9.3 points per play.

Alleghenies Analysis..Donn Wagner's Top Plays in college are (37-14) over the past decade in college basketball coming into 2009-2010 season and ....When he has had a selection involving Penn State's basketball they are now (8-2) in 2008-2009 and (34-8) since 2004 and lifetime (61-24) thru Feb 8 2008. His most recent selection was Michigan over PSU a winner by 20 points. When rated a 4, 4.5 or 5-star play they are (13-1) lifetime. 2009-2010 NCAA BASKETBALL

How to use the 900# system.

NET UNITS are determined by the following criteria. A TOP PLAY in football /basketball is 2.2 units to win 2.0 units and a regular play is 1.1 to win 1.0. If a handicapper is 4-0 on top plays(that is + 8.0 units) and 4-4 on regular plays (that is -0.4) he would be 4-0, 8-4 and overall + 7.6 units. In baseball the line is determined by a 10 cent line.
