In 2007 The Handicapper's Report Card featured the Top 4 College sports services in America..all monitored and documented by the Sports Monitor inc of Okla City, our own Handicapper's Report Card and most of you each day at this site....Year in and year out we believe we have the top basketball handicappers in the country working for us and you everyday. ...****IMPORTANT: Please note that when you see on the record tabulations on college we have broken them up into regular season and college conference tournament plays. It will appear like this:
Micheal Trapp (44-29/3-0) on Top Plays and (+23.2/+6.0) and now a third record which reflects only NIT and NCAA actual action after March 16th (THE DEAL MARCH MADNESS EVENTS). This indicates that 3 of the plays were winners but they were in conference tournament action in March.

When releasing a selection involving his hometown boys..PENN STATE...he has now produced 11 straight winning seasons....His lifetime 900 mark on these games are now (142-47) since 1992.He is (58-24) going against his Nittany Lions and (54-23) going with them and is (30-10) when it is a 4-star or higher or a Late Slammer Club selection. He is (3-1) in 2007-2008 involving the Nittany Lion's campaign.

He 1-0 on totals involving their games. He is a graduate of the Hall and his son is presently a grad student there.

The Season To-Date

1st record is regular season results (32-20)/2nd record is results of college conference action/3rd results are the March Madness results from March 17th thru April 7th in the NIT and NCAA DANCE.

How to use the 900# system.

NET UNITS are determined by the following criteria. A TOP PLAY in football /basketball is 2.2 units to win 2.0 units and a regular play is 1.1 to win 1.0. If a handicapper is 4-0 on top plays(that is + 8.0 units) and 4-4 on regular plays (that is -0.4) he would be 4-0, 8-4 and overall + 7.6 units. In baseball the line is determined by a 10 cent line.
