JOE DALLAO'S SPORTS REPORT

FOOTBALL 2023-24

Joe Dallao returned to handicapping after taking a leave of abence in 2022 and part of 2023. We are sadden to report that after a courageous battle with her illness Bonnie Dallao passed in 2023.

Joe had a solid winning season in College football going (43-30) plus 98 units and split in post season (6-6). In the professional ranks Joe was a perfect 8-0 in preseason and (34-27) in reg season play. He was 6-6 post season NFL action. He added up overall in NCAA and NFL combined (97-69) plus 206 units. 

 

BASKETBALL

Joe Dallao over the years has had the reputation that if he has a solid winning regular season he continues his success during the post season. However if he struggles in the regular season games he rarely does well in the post season play either. So in 2024 make sure you check out his regular season performances before jumping on with him during March Madness.

Dallao in 2022 had a very poor post season hitting only (53-62) during the regular season and (10-24) in the post season. In 2021 Dallao was (79-48) during the regular NCAA campaign winning 263 units. In post season he was (20-10) plus 90 units.

Look for Dallao to return to theswami.com for all sports in 2024. We all were sadden when Joe's wife Bonnie passed this past season. Look for Dallao to be back better than ever this coming season.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING ABOUT DALLAO IS HIS INCONSISTENT PAST HISTORY WITH THEWAMI.COM  A COMBINATION OF PERSONAL ISSUES AND A FEW HEALTH ISSUES HAVE CAUSED HIM TO MISS SOMETIME EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME. DUE TO THIS DALLAO HAS NOT OFFERED LONG TERM SERVICE OPTIONS. HE DOES OFFER WEEKLY SERVICES FOR EACH SPORT HE IS HANDICAPPING BUT NO MONTHLY OR FULL SEASON PACKAGES CURRENTLY.

Yes our ole Southern gentlemen  returned for football in 2019-20 and had a solid season in college football going (35-20) plus 130 units during the regular season and (9-6) in bowl games winning an additional 21 units. Unfortunately health issues prevented Dallao in doing football in 2020-21 thru 2022-23.  Dallao is the oldest handicapper to ever handicap for theswami.com. This year he will be 90.

Yes this is the same Joe Dallao who back in the  90's had 10 straight winning baseball seasons. Yes it is the same Joe who loved picking upset winners in college football on THE VICTORY LINE for so many years in the late 80's and 90;s.

. Look for Joe Dallao to return to active handicapping in all sports starting in late July 2023.
